How do I know that TruMark Laser and Stitch, received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email/message within 24 hours of placing your order. 

My package was lost or stolen, what should I do?

TruMark Laser and Stitch is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting USPS or UPS based on the delivery service used and/or your local authorities based on the situation.
