When you upload an embroidery design to us, we will charge a non-refundable one-time fee to pay for digitizing. If you cancel the order and we have digitized your logo you are still responsible for a $35.00 setup fee. Once we have digitized your logo, we keep it on file and will not require additional setup fees on future orders.
